When beauty goes a bit mental?

Backstage at Prada in Milan it was all about an eye-popping lip, beautiful girls galore, corridors as an inspiration and um... transparent, stick on toenails. Now I love a runway-inspired new beauty trend as much as the next woman, but somehow, I don't think this will catch on in a hurry. But I have been known to be wrong before! If it does, here's hoping that only those with the most impeccably groomed of tootsies (see: left) break out the plastic... or we'll all be doomed to a summer of constantly averting our eyes. I still find it hard to find the "acrylic French pedicure" look of a few years ago even remotely attractive on the majority of wearers, so fingers crossed this doesn't catch on!
