Lovely luxurious locks by Mr. Jason Li

One of the most captivating shoots in the latest PILOT magazine is a hair and beauty spread featuring the work of the very talented Jason Li. A stylist at Stephen Marr, Li was recently awarded the title of runner up at the ghd & Harper's Bazaar Session Stylist Awards in Australia and is a master when it comes to luxuriously long locks. I asked him for a quick rundown on how to achieve the look featured in PILOT, and it sounds all too easy:
1. Run Kevin Murphy Anti-Gravity and Kevin Murphy Heated Defence through damp hair.
2. Blow dry until smooth.
3. Wind big sections of hair around large rollers.
4. Spray with hair spray and leave to completely dry.
5. For any flat areas use a curling tong to give a little extra body.
6. Comb hair with a wide-tooth comb from roots to ends.
7. Tip the head up side down and run Kevin Murphy Gritty Business through.

And there you have it! I think having Jason on hand to execute all of the above would help, too!
