Get ready for: all new M.A.C. GlamGlass

I’m not usually a fan of gloss as it doesn’t scream “grown up” like lipstick does, and at my age grown up is what it’s all about. It’s great on the under-25’s, but for me, matte and high pigment is in my comfort zone and it would take a pretty spectacular formula to make me stray.
Well consider me straying as of today, when I first slicked on a shade from M.A.C’s brand spanking newly formulated gloss collection, the fabulously named GlamGlass. That shade is Knockout, a bright red with a hint of pearl, and the silky-smooth formula is an absolute joy to apply – and wear. A clever new brush applicator delivers colour that is totally pure, and thus far it hasn’t budged through a couple of coffees and morning tea. Oh, and it’s totally non-sticky – a factor that has always turned me off wearing gloss in the past.
