The Top Five for Winter by Lucy Vincent-Marr

My Go To Girl more often than not when I have a question about beauty, Lucy Vincent-Marr is a pint-sized oracle when it comes to hair and skincare. She also oversees the careful edit of skincare, makeup, hair and lifestyle product options that are available in her salons, Powder Rooms and The Marr Lab, and I sat down with her over a lunch of gyoza to get her Top Five Essentials for the cooler months.
Drum roll please… the all-fabulous, all-necessary line up is:

Lypo-Spheric Vitamin C
“This is a unique new form of Vitamin C made by encapsulating Vitamin C
in tiny spheres of essential phospholipids known as Liposomes. It’s in a gel form and works faster than any Vitamin C I’ve ever tried, it’s incredibly potent and behaves in a completely unique way in your body that gets rid of a sore throat in literally, half a day.”

Osmosis Polish
“This gently exfoliates the surface layer of your skin and allows all of the lipids to remain intact while ensuring that your moisturisers and serums penetrate that much further. It uses gentle cranberry and protein enzymes, and also protects your newly refreshed skin with potent antioxidants.”

Sans Goji Cleansing Oil (pictured)
“This is amazing, and its pH is absolutely perfect for the skin. It’s an oil-based cleansing formulation that removes all bacteria and dirt but leaves your skin feeling incredibly silky with no oily residue.”

Sodashi Body Balance Bath Salts
“In Winter you spend a lot more time in the bath, and these help you detoxify as well as relax. They are mineral rich Himalayan Crystal Salts that stimulate circulation and relieve stress and fatigue. You can use them as an exfoliant or pour 1 to 2 tablespoons into your bath.”

Sans Bio active Body Exfoliator
“This uses ultra-fine bamboo granules, organic Shea Butter, Vitamin E and Goji Berry to boost hydration, minimise pores and plump skin by reducing transepidermal water loss.
It removes the dead surface layer of your skin to allow better penetration of hydrating ingredients and reduces irritation.”
