I try: Smashbox Limitless 15 Hour Wear Cream Eyeshadow

You always know that a new release from Smashbox has been tried and tested in their own studio and on set literally hundreds of times before it hits the counters, and that it will most likely do exactly what it says – and more.

That is definitely true of the amazing new Limitless 15 Hour Wear Cream Eyeshadow, which I have fallen head over heels in love with. Specifically developed in studio to stand up to hot studio lights, this super creamy formula provides vibrant, highly pigmented colour that lasts up to 15 hours with no creasing, caking or flaking. And because it's transfer, sweat and humidity resistant, your look will last long after the shoot – or day, or night - is over.

It’s super easy to apply and doesn’t set as rigidly as some creamy formulas – I’ve been using Stone and Iris and both have been very blendable and beautiful on their own and as a base for powder shadows when I really want to amp the colour up a notch.

The pot looked a bit familiar to me when I first cracked into it, and upon further inspection it seems the pots are almost identical to M.A.C Paint Pot pots. The only real difference is the lid. If you love those you will definitely fall head over heels in these, and the colour selection could even be much better as it is permanent rather than being full of limited edition shades.
