Love it: Leighton Denny Castaway Collection

When it comes to nails one of my favourite brands is Leighton Denny, created by the original Buff Daddy himself. Each season the UK Celebrity Manicurist releases some seriously covetable collections, the latest of which is the limited edition Castaway Collection for Spring/Summer.

Inspired by warm sandy beaches, crystal blue waters and desert islands, it’s a treasure trove of on-trend, high performance, professional nail colours that are simply beautiful and have me hankering after a holiday ASAP!

The fresh assortment of cool, beachy tones have been seen on the catwalks of Aquascutum, Haider Ackermann and Christian Dior, whilst the eye-popping, tropical shades were inspired by the recent collections from Diane von Furstenberg, Bottega Veneta and Salvatore Ferragamo.

There are six shades in all, and my absolute favourites are:

Message In A Bottle: a subtle sandy grey that is warm enough for every skin tone

Blue Lagoon: as seen left, a fusion of teal and turquoise reminiscent of a Tahitian lagoon

Coconutty:  a mouth-watering milk chocolate hue infused with subtle gold shimmer.
