Hair how to: Mila Kunis at the premiere of Oz the Great and Powerful
Mila Kunis is getting known for her
girl-next-door-with-an-edge style, and the hair look she sported for the world
premiere of her upcoming film Oz the Great and Powerful was exactly that. Created
by Celebrity Hairstylist Mara Roszak for Moroccanoil, it was the perfect pick
to work with her classic lace Dolce e Gabbana dress and looked as effortless as
it did polished.
“I wanted her hair to be up and back to
showcase the graceful neckline of her dress,” said Roszak, “and to have a soft,
whimsical feeling with a gentle, natural texture.”
How to get the look:
* After starting with a touch of Moroccanoil
Treatment, apply Moroccanoil Curl Control Mousse to damp ends and roughly dry. “This
created a soft, natural hold, and helped to seal in moisture and prevent
frizz.”
* Then, using a 1” curling iron, Roszak touched
up Kunis’ natural wave by choosing random sections and rotating the direction
of the waves.
* Next, spray with Moroccanoil Luminous
Hairspray Medium to hold the texture before pulling the hair up.
* Leaving the front pieces around the face
out, pull the hair back and wrap it into a bun-like shape, pinning as you twist.
“I loosely formed the front pieces of her hair to drape gently across her
forehead, creating an effortless loose shape, and secured it with bobby pins.”
* To finish the look, spray Moroccanoil
Luminous Hairspray Strong for a shiny, long-lasting hold.
