Marvellous multitaskers: INIKA Crème Colour for Cheeks, Lips and Eyes

I’m in France as I type, and damn it took a long time to get here. A 25 hour flight for starters, followed by a couple of days in an unexpectedly cold and rainy United Kingdom for some down time before boarding a flight to sunny La Romieu. To say that my skin and my patience has taken a battering would be an understatement, but I packed a great line up of travel minis and multitakers to more than make up for it.

A couple in the latter category that have really won me over are Australian natural beauty company INIKA Cosmetics’ first organic and natural Crème Colour for cheeks, lips and eyes. They aim to deliver rich, intense shades in skin-friendly formulations with ultimate staying power, and as well as being beautiful to use are rich in skin enhancing organic antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. Just what I need!

The Crème Colour for Cheeks and Lips is an absolute wonder, and so small and perfectly formed it’s ridiculous. Infused with Sweet Almond Oil and Vitamin E, it moisturises, glides on effortlessly and lasts - even pretty damn well in 32 degrees Celsius (as I type). Hypoallergenic organic Carnuba Wax helps with blendability and is kind on even the most sensitive of skin types, whilst the two shades - Vibrant Rosehip and Dusty Rose  - work beautifully on lips and cheeks.

The Crème Colour for Eyes isn’t a multitasker as such, but still deserves some props for being a right treat to use. The nourishing formula fuses Aloe Vera, Shea Butter, Jojoba Seed Oil and Sweet Almond Oil to hydrate, soothe and moisturise the eye area, whilst amazing stay-ability and ability to remain crease-proof is an added bonus. The two colours available are Milky Cappuccino - a beautiful nude canvas  - and Champagne, which is a great highlighter and seems to work a treat on the brow bone too.
