Beauty news: ghd celebrates National Good Hair Day, tomorrow!

Many women out there hadn’t even experienced a good hair day before the arrival of the now-legendary ghd, now the brand is synonymous with luscious, kick ass locks.

The hair styling superbrand ghd has declared tomorrow - Friday 27th September - as the second annual National Good Hair Day (NGHD), which is a day they created for “uniting ghd fans to celebrate the confidence that a good hair day brings.” Can’t argue with that!

In honour of National Good Hair Day, ghd and its salon partners have a number of ways for devotees to get on board, including a nationwide Instagram competition encouraging ghd fans to have their 15 seconds of ghd fame by following @ghdnz on Instagram and uploading a video showing (and telling) what a ‘good hair day’ feels like with the hash tag #NGHD.

The top five videos will win the ultimate ghd styling pack including a ghd eclipse styler, ghd air professional hairdryer and a selection of ghd styling products and brushes - so get ‘gramming!

The famous ghd styler exchange is also back by popular demand offering $40 off selected ghd stylers when trading in any old electrical hair styling appliances at participating ghd salons until September 30.
