Super foolproof to use, it gives eyes soft definition wherever, wherever as the ultra creamy, waterproof formula glides on so damn easily. Light-reflecting pearls give high-drama color and shimmer, while emollients create a silky, creamy texture and definitely don’t drag. You can use it as a liner to contour eyes with just a stroke of colour or blend as a shadow for all-over, long wearing cover.
