What a steal: Lush lip scrubs

I’m a fan of popping lip colours in matte formulas all year round, but sometimes the seasons aren’t so kind to lips and they need all the help that they can get to keep looking slick and feeling good. Mix a matte lipstick with dry, flaky smackers and the end result will never be good, so I’ve always got an arsenal of great lip products on hand to avoid that exactly.

Using a nourishing lip balm is always essential, but so is using a lip scrub of some kind on a regular basis. A lot of the ones currently on the market are a bit of a punch in the wallet though, and just using a face or body scrub just isn’t an option as the skin on the lips is so delightfully delicate. Lucky for us then that the lovely people at Lush stock their own beautiful lip scrubs formulas, which are vegan and an absolute steal at just $12.50 a pot!

I’ve been using their Bubblegum lip scrub, which is made with exfoliating castor sugar and has a delicious flavour to gently scrub away rough skin, keeping your lips smooth and soft.
