Beauty news: JOICO and Hailwood celebrate the release of ‘H by Hailwood’

The highlight of New Zealand Fashion Week 2013 for me was the effortlessly gorgeous, sexy and self assured Hailwood show, with hair by JOICO, directed by D&M darling and all round hair genius, Danny Pato. "This collection is all about winter glamour,” said designer Adrian Hailwood soon after the show - think the modern woman's suit, textured fabrics, rich hologram prints in electric blue, mint and gold beading and some SERIOUS gowns. Adrian also launched his denim range at the show, which had a definite nod to the Seventies and was as sleek and skinny as it gets and yep, I want it ALL!

It is in store and online early March and is set to fly out the door, and JOICO have come to the party to help celebrate the official release of the new denim range henceforth known as ‘H by Hailwood’.

‘H by Hailwood’ is a diffusion line, and boasts a range of jeans in skinny, straight, and more casual cuts as well as cropped jackets and killer vests in various washes of indigos and charcoals. “JOICO is all about turning heads,” said designer Adrian of the collaboration, “which is what I hope women will do when wearing my new denim line.”
