Love it: Bobbi Brown Long-Wear Cream Shadow Stick

Since being given a couple of shades to play with a couple of months ago I have fallen head over heels in love with Bobbi Brown’s absolutely killer Long-Wear Cream Shadow Stick. To say these have given hours of precious time back to me of an evening would be an understatement - they are a cinch to use and it’s almost impossible to fudge their application, seriously!

So what does it involve? Well it’s pretty much a long-lasting, waterproof eye shadow that glides on easy like a stroke of genius and lasts… and lasts. Each little Long-Wear Cream Shadow Stick is easy to carry wherever you go and actually evolved from Bobbi Brown’s personal favourite Long-Wear Cream Shadow. The brilliant eye shadow pen is waterproof and durable, lasting for up to eight hours. The colours also do not fade, making them especially perfect for day-to-day eye makeup.

I’ve been using them to create the softest smoky eye by day (application time 60 seconds with fingers, tops), but you can also spend a bit more time and create some beautiful looks.

You can shade, define, smoke up, and highlight your eyes with the do-it-all eye shadow formula, which glides onto your lids tug-free and is completely waterproof, so it can play as rough as you do.

The light brown ‘Bark’ that I used by day becomes a base in the evening when coupled with ‘Forest’, giving the eye shadow more layers and the eyes extra pop. You can even use ‘Vanilla’ around your brows - it doesn’t only accentuate smoky eyes, but also helps to make the eyelids and brows look clean and tidy.
