Love it M.A.C's glorious Red, Red, Red collection

Red - in all its glory - has long been my favourite lip colour, so when I first saw the gorgeousness that is M.A.C’s Red, Red, Red collection my heart jumped for joy! What a stunner, all round. And it doesn’t just feature lip-related prods - it goes to nails, cheeks and eyes for a smoking-hot collection of red, red and more red.

Eyes flit the gamut from soft pink to fiery red, while lips run rampant from yellow-tinged tomato to soft orange and unabashed raspberry. The multitasking Casual Colour brings warmth to lips and cheeks in hues from coral to soft rose, while the nail lacquer options cover bright pink, creamy orange-red or ruby frost with sparkles.

The lipsticks are absolutely flawless, and are satin and lustre formulas so are never too obvious or retro.  Toxic Tale is the most beautiful, bright coral, whilst 5-Alarm is the softest orange-red that is perfect for day. Gloss lovers will fall in love with Night is Young – a bright red cream and Love Alert Dazzleglass, a raspberry red with red pearl.

Strike While Haute is a statement making, true red, matte colour for eyes, and Red Alert a rusty red mid-tone copper (veluxe pearl finish) that is a little less challenging. The Beauty Powder for the collection is Hot Sensation, a sheer pale peach highlighter that I am dying to have a play with, and I also have my eye on the Rouge Combustion nail lacquer, a pink red with sparkle that will work on nails or toes.
