For me, Clarins Radiance-Plus Golden Glow Booster does all of the right things when it comes to facial tanning: it’s subtle, it’s streak-free and it gives the most believable glow. It’s also not full of nasties, in that its 99.8 per cent natural formula combines natural DHA and erythrulose with aloe vera extract to help preserve skin's softness while giving your complexion a healthy-looking glow. 

Perhaps its biggest selling point for me, though, was the fact that it fits seamlessly into any existing skincare routine; you just add a few drops of the concentrate to your usual face cream or lotion, mix in your palm and apply. This is the same for the new body formula, which makes pretty much any body lotion a gradual tanner, with all of the benefits of both.

Golden Glow Booster must be mixed with moisturizer—never use it straight from the bottle – by turning the bottle upside down, pressing and dispensing three drops into your moisturizer, mixing well and then applying to your body. Wash yours hands thoroughly and immediately after application as with any tanning product, and then sit back and let it do its stuff.
