Beauty news: Giorgio Armani Beauty arrives in New Zealand

Tailored to perfection and offered in sleek and luxurious containers and packaging, Giorgio Armani Beauty is one of those brands that have been coveted, bought in a frenzy by fans in duty free and much loved for years now, but unavailable in New Zealand. That is all about to change come July, when the first Giorgio Armani Fragrances & Beauty counter will finally be unveiled in Auckland – and not a moment too soon! 

Inspired by the most beautiful fabrics and textures, the brand’s the innovative makeup formulas, skincare and divine fragrance offering will be carefully looked after by leading department store Smith & Caughey’s in Auckland. The new counter will showcase the new Armani Beauty retail design, which will involve a boutique featuring open architecture and curved lines, and includes touches of red, inspired by the iconic lipstick colour “Rouge #400”. The space is designed to allow clients to “live a playful experience and to freely try Giorgio Armani makeup, skincare and fragrances”, which sounds pretty fun to me. For those who prefer a more personal approach, Giorgio Armani Face Designers will also be on hand and available for expert, made-to-measure advice.

The makeup offering will include the iconic, much obsessed over Luminous Silk and Power Fabric in foundation, as well as Lip Maestro in lip colour. In terms of skincare the range will include Crema Nera Extrema and Armani Prima, which is the brand’s answer to the most demanding skin. 

Armani/Privé Haute Couture fragrances will also be available for the ultimate in sensorial delight.
