All about: the all new Giorgio Armani fragrance, MY WAY

A new season is always a great excuse for adding a new scent to the fragrance wardrobe, and in the lead up to Christmas some of the brightest names in beauty are releasing just that with seasonal gifting – or gifts to self – in mind. One of the latest I’ve fallen hard for is Giorgio Armani MY WAY, a fragrance that encapsulates a new vision of femininity and is designed with a commitment to sustainability.
MY WAY is a totally contemporary floral fragrance composed by master perfumer Carlos Benaïm and senior perfumer Bruno Jovanovic, who searched the globe to select the finest, most beautiful ingredients to tell MY WAY’s story in the form of an olfactory journey. The fragrance’s top notes are composed of Bergamot from Calabria, Italy, and Orange blossom from Egypt, whilst at its heart is Indian Tuberose, which combines with Jasmine Grandiflorum super infusion and Jasmine Sambac, also from India, to create a sense of radiant, unabashed femininity. The fragrance’s base notes, meanwhile, are composed of Vanilla Bourbon Premium from Madagascar, Virginia Cedarwood from USA and white musk. It’s a heady but incredibly beautiful brew, made even more attractive by the fact that its ingredients were all responsibly sourced. In a commitment to the future of the plant, Armani beauty favours using natural ingredients that are responsibly sourced to guarantee their sustainability, through local programs that support underprivileged and economically vulnerable communities based on fair trade principles, in collaboration with local NGOs. True to the Giorgio Armani aesthetic, MY WAY’s glass flacon stands out for its striking contrast between the cap’s expressive curves, the bottle’s sleek, clean lines and the vibrant pink juice within.
