REVLON SUPPORTS LOOK GOOD FEEL BETTER’S INTERNATIONAL LIPSTICK DAY INITIATIVE, EXCLUSIVE TO CHEMIST WAREHOUSE

International Lipstick Day, celebrated annually on July 29th, is - as I’m sure you’ve deduced - about all things lipstick. A true beauty icon and the one makeup element I’ll never be without, lipstick for many is a shining beacon of the personality that they put forth to the world, whether that be a display of boldness or perhaps a softer show of face. We all have a favourite shade that never fails to make us feel our absolute best selves, but for some brands, the yearly celebration has become so much more than just about colour – and that includes Revlon.
For over a century, Revlon has been committed to empowering, encouraging and supporting women, and continuing to deliver on this promise, the global beauty giant has once again proudly joined forces with Chemist Warehouse for their joint International Lipstick Day initiative (this Saturday, July 29th).
As the #1 lip brand in both New Zealand and Australia, Revlon has partnered with brand ambassador Delta Goodrem and the Delta Goodrem Foundation on a powerful, purpose lead campaign in support of REVLON’s long-standing corporate charity partner Look Good Feel Better (LGFB).

Revlon Super Lustrous lipstick in Barbie-tastic 'Heartbreaker', a personal fave!

This year, consumers are encouraged to buy any Revlon Super Lustrous lipstick, exclusively in Chemist Warehouse, until 2nd August 2023, and $2 from every purchase will be donated to Look Good Feel Better. LGFB is a free national community service program that has supported over 170,000 women, men and teens undergoing cancer treatment since its inception in 1990. The unique program has been designed to help cancer patients learn practical strategies to manage the physical, psychological, and social impacts of cancer treatment.
For over 20 years Revlon has been generously donating products to LGFB. Now in the second year of its fiscal partnership, 2022’s philanthropic campaign exceeded expectations with over $78,000 in much needed funding going toward vital patient resources.
Revlon general manager, Kaitlin Rady says; “I am so proud of the partnership between Revlon, the Delta Goodrem Foundation and Chemist Warehouse to support and raise awareness for Look Good Feel Better. As an organisation LGFB provides invaluable, practical skills and knowledge to manage appearance-related side effects from cancer treatment. Knowing that we help in a small way to empower women to feel more like themselves, and hopefully face the day with a little more confidence is very important.”
So, what are you waiting for? Top up your lipstick wardrobe at Chemist Warehouse today, on International Lipstick Day or anytime up until August 2nd 2023, and Revlon will donate $2 to the cause.
