Get the look: Lily Aldridge x Chantecaille at the Vanity Fair Oscars after-party

Often delivering more elevated looks than the Oscars red carpet itself, the Vanity Fair Oscars after-party was, of course, a star-studded affair. And a hell of a lot of fun. It brought together a carefully curated guest list filled with actors, models, athletes and celebrities to the second red carpet of the evening, all serving major looks and ready to party. 

Among them was American model Lily Aldridge, who looked like a total dream in picture perfect Prada. The lithe 38-year-old stepped out in front of the sea of photographers in a black, strapless A-line gown with a series of feathers adorning the neckline, working her angles like the pro she is. The design let her natural beauty do the talking – and it was one of the freshest looks of the event. “Night out in @Prada for @VanityFair,” Aldridge wrote in an Instagram recap of the night. “Thank you Vanity Fair for the most fabulous night and Prada for my breath-taking gown.”
The Prada gown was, in fact, breath-taking, and was accessorised beautifully with diamond earrings and a silver bracelet. For glam, she opted for a minimal look, including a slicked-back up-do and black nail polish to match the hue of her dress, as well as a best-in-class makeup look using all Chantecaille.
The French brand partnered with New York-based makeup artist Romy Soleimani to create a red-carpet radiant look on the supermodel, which featured an iridescent taupe eye paired with peachy coral cheeks and lips.
