Beauty news: SHARK BEAUTY LAUNCHES ITS FIRST NEW ZEALAND SHOWROOM AND SALON EXPERIENCE

So it is with great fanfare that I announce the cult hair brand’s first New Zealand showroom and salon experience is set to open right here in Tāmaki Makaurau, from September 27 at 242 Broadway, Newmarket.

Offering complimentary blow wave sessions and special product offers; the Shark Beauty Salon is where everyone can do a deep dive into its viral products and sell-out successes all around the world and learn all sorts of tips and tricks when it comes to the TikTok-famous family of hair styling tools.
Celebrating the diverse, eclectic and yet-to-be-celebrated hair, the pop-up salon will open its doors for a limited time, providing free hair styling sessions where customers will learn how to best use Shark Beauty’s innovative styling tools, and uncover personalised tips from expert stylists to help them celebrate and embrace their hair.
Customers will have the chance to have their hair styled by some of the best in the business, led by Shark Beauty Ambassador and award-winning New Zealand stylist, Sara Allsop of Dharma Salon. “Shark Beauty is all about celebrating every unique hair journey and it’s incredibly rewarding to help people discover the power of these high-quality tools,” says Sara. “I’m excited to be part of this immersive Shark Beauty Salon experience to help showcase how easily people can achieve stunning, salon-quality styles at home with these great products!”

Offering everything from voluminous, high gloss blowouts to bouncy and defined curls, the Shark Beauty Salon has a product to meet every need across its suite of hair tools including the Shark SmoothStyle, the Shark FlexStyle and the Shark SpeedStyle, all of which will be available to trial and purchase on-site with exclusive product discounts.
Whether you’re heading out for a night on the town or simply want to pamper yourself, customers can book a 30-minute session to experience Shark Beauty’s hair styling tools firsthand, while limited walk-in appointments will also be available.
For customers looking for an after-work pick-me-up, the Shark Beauty Salon will also open for late night appointments on Thursday and Friday evenings, complete with sets from Shark Beauty’s resident DJ. Complimentary makeup touch-ups will also be on offer for customers with Friday and Saturday afternoon appointments – so definitely no excuses not to hit this place up!
